Personality: Somewhat of a loner, until she meets Gemma while visiting her Uncles in the Dark Kingdom. After that, she became much more open and made lots of friends with the Neo Senshi, especially Sailor Universal Star.

Personal History: Sera is the daughter of Roselite Matalica and Zyx Myst. She was raised in Tokyo, though she frequently visited the rebuilding Dark Kingdon with her parents to visit their family. When she was young, she was picked on for having the mark of the Dark Kingdom upon her forehead (a black diamond) and thus her parents started braiding a part of her hair to hide the mark. When she was 12, it was revealed that she had control over water and thus could become a senshi, which made her parents wonder because Roselite was a Wind Senshi and Zyx controlled darkness. But, they loved that their daughter would get to become a senshi and thus she became the first Sailor Marine. She met Gemma Babylonica during a visit to visit her Uncle Kinoki, Aunt Natalie and her other uncle, Jadeite. She didn't tell her parents about him at first because he was from the part of the Dark Kingdom that was still loyal to the late Queen Metalia and wanted to see those of the Moon Kingdom dead. Sera eventually showed Gemma the beauty of the world and in order to sever his connection to his family, he pledged loyalty to Sera, eventually falling in love with her as well.

Transformation: "Waters of the Earth, guide me!"
Colors: different shades of aqua, white, gold
Outfit: Sol style, short gloves, gold armbands, braid over the tiara, bow holding hair in a ponytail.

Weapons: Eventually, she learns how to control water enough to create a whip. (Think water bending from Avatar)
Items: a magical ring that only appears when she summons it that allows her to become Sailor Marine

Attack 1: "Water Dragon" - a water dragon appears and attacks the enemy

Sailor History: After it was revealed that Sera could control water, she was sent to be granted her senshi form from Neo Queen Serenity and this became Sailor Marine. She was trained as a senshi alongside Sailor Universal Star, since their mothers were good friends.

Mission: To protect the royal family of the Moon
